Hello, everyone.I'm Alex.I’m glad to have the chance to talk to you, my dear students.Many of you have asked me how I become such a good speaker.My answer is to practise,but in a clever way.Don’t make your speech the same way over and over again.That's just a waste of time.Instead, practice properly.Firstly, you can set clear goals of what you need to improve.For example,I find it difficult to pronounce words clearly.So I keep working on that until I do.Secondly, focus on how much you have improved, not how much time you spend.Practise until you make real progress.Thirdly, I make a video of my speech and watch it for many times.In this way, I can find out where I need to put more effort and keep practising.
I hope every one of you can try these ways and practise properly.You will surely be a great speaker as well!

(一)内容充实,覆盖要点(内容、要点),7分。
明确写作目的,需根据所给邮件内容,就本邮件的主题 teamwork 从三个方面进行作答:problem, solution, opinion;如元类似经历,但能就此问题给出自己的建议以及观点,且合乎逻辑,即视为合理。如文章主要讲述自己做类似模型飞船制作的项目 式问题的经历,而关于 teamwork 的建议和观点一笔带过,做降档处理。

(二)用词适切,语法正确,句型多样(词汇、语法、句型),7分。
套用“高大空”的表达,生搬硬套,语言不得体,无语用意识的,降档处理。
6-7:用词贴切,灵活运用各种时态(一般过去时,一般现在时,现在完成时等),句型变化多样且有效,基本没有语言错误;
3-5:用词基本贴切,能正确运用一般过去时,句型较为单 一,有少量语言错误但不影响理解;
1-2:有较多语言错误,一定程度上影响理解;
0:有大量语言错误,影响理解。
(三)结构紧凑,意义连贯(语意、连词、指代),4分。
3-4:行文连贯,连接词(如 and, because, so 等)使用恰当,指代( we, they,it 等)清晰,条理清楚,逻辑严密 ;
1-2:行文不够连贯,连接词使用不够恰当,指代不够清晰 ;
0:没有连贯的意识。
(四)书写规范,词数适宜(标点符号、大小写、词数)2分。
2:大小写、标点正确,词数达标,书写规范整洁 ;
1:大小写、标点有部分错误,词数达标,书写尚可辨认 ;
0:大小写、标点错误较多,语言运 用不规范,词数严重不足,书写难以辨认,抄写毫不相关的内容。
评分注意事项 :
①不设满分 ;
②中英文混合的,只看英文 ;
③原创抄写混合的,只看原创;
④缺失要点的,即使写得非常好,总分最多16分;
⑤生搬硬套,语言不得体,无语用意识的是指用“First and foremost,“Last but not least,等这类的表达硬凑,总分最多16 分。
⑥先参考上表 7742 进行分维度给分,然后从整体上进行权衡,必要时可适当调整,给出总分。

I haven't had such an experience. But I understand that working in a group can sometimes be difficult.I think maybe when you and your friends don’t agree with each other, you can try to listen to everyone's ideas first. Then, you compare them and combine the ones you all like. This way, everyone will feel heard,and it will be fair.
