I had a good day today. 我今天很开心。

I got an A on my maths test.  数学考试我得了个A。

I felt very happy. 我觉得很开心。

There was a new girl in our class. 我们班来了个新女孩。

Her name is Jiayi. 她名叫佳怡。

She likes playing basketball and listening to music. 她喜欢打篮球和听音乐。 

I was very excited to meet her. 我见到她很激动。

I hope we will be friends. 我希望我们能成为朋友。

After school we went to a singing competition. 放学后我们去了歌唱比赛。

We sang in the competition together. 我们在比赛里一起唱歌。

We won first place, so I felt very proud. 我得了第一,所以我觉得很自豪。

Well done! Andy. Good singing! 太棒了！安迪。唱得真好！

I had a bad day today. 我今天非常倒霉。

My grandmother was ill. 我祖母生病了。

She went to hospital, and I was very worried. 她住院了，我非常担心。

I didn't finish my homework yesterday. 我没做完昨天的作业。

My teacher was very angry. 老师非常生气。

I played basketball with my friends Jiayi after school. 我和佳怡放学一起打篮球。

I hurt my leg, so I was sad. 伤到了腿，我很沮丧。

I hope your grandmother gets better soon. 希望你祖母早日康复。
