A beautiful smile 一个美丽的微笑

1 When I was thirteen years old,a girl gave me an important gift. It was a smile．

在我13岁的时候，一个女孩给了我一份重要的礼物——一个微笑。

2 It was the early autumn of my first year at a new school. No one knew me.I was very lonely, and afraid to make friends with anyone.

那是我在新学校第一年的初秋，没有人认识我。我很孤独，不敢与任何人交朋友。

3 Every time I heard the other students talking and laughing, I felt even more lonely. I could not talk to anyone about my problem, and I did not want my parents to worry about me.

每次听到其他学生有说有笑，我觉得自己更加孤单了。我不能向任何人说起我的问题，我不想父母为我担心。

4 0ne day,my classmates were talking with their friends,but I sat in silence.At that moment,a girl entered the classroom. I did not know who she was. She passed me and then turned back. She looked at me and,without a word,smiled.

一天，我的同学们正与他们的朋友聊天，而我默默地坐在那儿。那时，一个女孩进了教室。我不知道她是谁。她从我身边经过，然后转过身来。她看着我，没有说话，只是微笑。

5 Suddenly, I felt the touch of something birght and friendly. It made me fee! happy,lively and warm. It was like a hidden treasure.

突然，我感到一种欢快而友好的东西在触动着我。它让我感到幸福、充满活力和温暖。它像一件深藏的珍宝。

6 That smile changed my life. I started to talk with the other students. Day bu day, I learnt to trust people,and they included me in their circle of friends. The girl with the bright smile has become my best friend now, and we stick together like glue.

那个微笑改变了我的生活。我开始和其他同学交谈。一天一天地，我学着信任人，他们也在他们的朋友圈里加上了我。那个带有灿烂笑容的女孩现在已成了我最好的朋友，我们像胶水一样粘在一起。

7 0ne day，I asked her why she smiled at me that day．She said she could not remember!

有一天，我问她那天为什么对我微笑。她说她不记得了!

8 Now I believe that the world is what you think it is. If you think you are lonely, you might always be alone. My suggestion is: smile at the world and it will smile back.

现在我相信世界就是你认为的样子。如果你认为自己孤独，你有可能永远孤独。我的建议是：微笑面对世界，它会向你报以微笑。
