Twelve good hours in every day, 

每个白天都有很棒的十二个小时，

Time for work and time for play. 

有工作的时间也有玩的时间。

Twenty-four hours for day and night, 

白天和夜晚一共有24个小时，

Some for darkness and some for light. 

有光明也有黑暗。
