The Islamic State group is facing two seperate major offensives trying to push it from terrotries at whose in Syria and Iraq. There are many fronts, part of the idea is to do so many things simultaneously that IS's resources are stressed, it has so many different battles in front, the feeling is that they just are increasingly short of fighter, short of money, short of any flows of new people from the outside.
Cuba's Communist government says it legalizing small and medium sized privated businesses, it's a latest stage in a series of economic reforms. Candice Piat reports,Cuba has now officially recognized the non-state sector, in one of the world last centrally planned economies. The last reform allow self-employment in several hundred job catogaries, many of these workers became small businesses and employ others. Raul Castro has been tried to stimulate Cuba's stagnate economies but the reforms are face resistence from Cuban Communist Party hardliners who fear it could undermine the single party system. The economy is also opening up to foreign investment, without restriction last year of diplomatic relations with the United States.
The US department of justice says it will seek the death penaty for Deakin Rouf, a white man accused of killing nine black regioners at a historic church in South Carolina last June. Rajini Vaidyanathan has more details,22 year old Dealin Rouf faces charges brought by both US federal government and state of South Carolina, he face 33 federal counts including hit crimes and firearm offensives. He is accused of holding whites primacy abuse, authority say targeted the victims because of their race. America's top lawyer, US attorney general Lerater Lynch said the nature of the aledged crime and the resulting harm compelled her decision to introduce death penalty in the federal case, with so he charged with nine counts of murder in a state court.
The Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan says his country's parliament will block the deal agreed with the European Union to stand the migrant flow across the Agean Sea, unless that progress and visa liberalisation for Turkish citizens, they are also waiting funds to help them cope with Syrian refugees.

The Russian Olympic Committes says it has been told by the IOC that 14 of its athletes were those among those who failed retests of their doping samples from the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. Alex Capstick reports,Last week the IOC announced 454 samples from the Beijing Games of which 31 were positive, it's now emerged that nearly half were Russian. The Olmpic Committe won't name the atheletes concerned untill the B samples have been checked, but other media reports in Russia have said they include the high jump bronze medalist Anna Chievrova who went on to claim gold in London four years later. The news will be seem as fresh blow to Russia's hopes of the switching the IWF to lift a world wide ban on its track on field team before the Rio Olmpics.
A judge in the United States has ordered the commedian Bill Cosby to stand trial to charge on sexual assault. It accused of assaulting a women at his home in 2004 of implied her with drugs. The Cosby who is once one of the biggest stars in US television has faced a wave of sexual assault allegation. Many of which did backed to the 1960s and can no longer be the subject of criminal prosecution, he denies any wrong doing.
The Nigerian Central Bank has bounded its policy of pagging the local currecy the Nero at an exchange rate of 197 to the dollar. The black market rate is close to 350 Nero to the dollar. Analyst say the official pag is been ever harder to sustain given the collapse in oil prices.
