EU ministers meeting in Brussels have failed to reach an anonymous agreement on a controversial plan to relocate 120 thousand migrants with binding quarters for individual member states. The BBC Brussels correspondence said there is enough support to adopt the plan against the wishes of some central European countries, but the EU will hold further talks in the hope of maintaining the unity. Luxembourg Minister of Immigration and Silent, Jean Asselborn said a clear majority of countries had agreed to the scheme in principle. “A lot majority of member states have committed in principle to the additional relocation of further 120 thousand people who desire to the international protection has part of this massive migrate reflows. The United States says it believes Russia is establishing a military air base in Syria.
