Yes. For me, the first thing that comes to mind when I hear 'hustle' is working hard in a business setting, often working long hours.

Examples
If you want to succeed in this industry, you really have to hustle.

She hustled to build her business from nothing to great success.

'Hustle' can also be used as a noun, meaning hard work.

Additionally, within the theme of movement, 'hustle' can also be used with an object, as in 'hustle someone'.
