The Chinese language does not use stress, and because of this, it can be a challenge for learners of English to understand. There are many ways to help students become more aware of stress in English. This particular game is both a fun and effective way to help students while they learn new vocabulary in a unit. Remember to use words that have different stress-patterns for this exercise (all of the words have to be different!) Try it out!
