There will be a Halloween show next week. 下周有一场万圣节表演。

Joe, Alan and Yulin are preparing for it. 乔、艾伦和玉林在为它做准备。

They have different topics. 他们有不同主题。

Alan goes to Joe's house to talk about their topics. 艾伦去乔家讨论他们的主题。

Are you preparing for the Halloween show? 你在准备你的万圣节表演吗？

Yes. My topic is holidays and festivals. 是的。我的主题是节日。

Are you going to do a show about dinosaurs? 你要表演和恐龙相关的吗？

Yes. My topic is animals. I'm very interested in dinosaurs. 是的。我的主题是动物。我对恐龙很感兴趣。

What's Yulin going to do? 玉林要做什么？

His topic is outer space. 他的主题是外太空。

He's going to play a Martian. 他要表演一个魔术。

Look! There he is! 看！他在那！

Yulin has dressed himself and his dog Spot as well. 玉林装扮了一下他自己和他的狗斯波特。

What are you going to do, Spot? 斯波特，你要做什么？

I'm  going to play a cat from Mars. 我要扮演一只来自火星的猫。

Spot is not dressed up like a dog, but like a cat from Mars. 斯波特没有装扮成狗，而是一只来自火星的猫。

What a good mask, Spot! 好棒的面具，斯波特！
