but the telephone rings.可是电话响了。

Activity 1. Listen and chant.活动1 听录音并说唱。

The bell is ringing.门铃在响。 

The dog is barking.小狗在叫。 

Little Tom is crying.小汤姆在哭。 

But Sam knows nothing.可是萨姆什么都不知道。（歌曲）

Activity 2. Listen and read.活动2 听录音并读一读。

Daming is having a birthday party.大明正在开生日派对。 

He is playing the suona,他正在吹唢呐， 

but the telephone rings.可是电话响了。 

He stops and everyone waits.他停了下来，每个人都在等待。

Then he starts again.然后他又开始吹。 

He is playing his favourite song他正在吹奏他最喜欢的歌曲，

and everyone is listening and clapping,每个人都在聆听拍手， 

but the bell rings.可是门铃响了。 

"Stop!" says Simon. Daming stops.“停！”西蒙说。大明停了下来。 

More friends arrive. 更多朋友到了。

Simon's dog comes in, too.西蒙的狗也进来了。

Daming starts again.大明又开始吹了。 

Now the dog is barking and dancing with the suona.现在狗正在叫，并随着唢呐声跳起了舞。 

Everyone says the dog is very clever.每个人都说这只狗很聪明。 

They all laugh.大家都笑了。
