Woman l:Hello! Can I help you?

Mr Jiang:Hello! I'd like to speak to the Customer Service Department.

Woman 1：Please hold and I'll put you through.

妇女1：请别挂断，我会给你接通电话。

Woman 2：Hello! This is the Customer Service

Mr Jiang:My robot has caught a virus and it has gone wrong.

Woman 2:I'm sorry to hear that. Would you like．us to have it checked?

Mr Jiang:Yes,please. Thanks.
